Kascade Security provides managed security services, including but not limited to: TitanGuard, TitanWatch, Strix, and Altris AI. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with our pricing and payment terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kascade Security harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
